Pre-Drawn Plans come from two sources.

The first source comes from projects that were drawn for other clients. Usually these have already been built, so they are available for you to see what the final product actually looks like.

The other source is from speculative design. These are usually plans that I have developed from my own ideas that I believe would be of value to a particular part of the Church market.

Architectural Fees

Fees for particular Pre-Drawn Plans are generally about 2/3rd the cost of an original design. Some items, such as the site plan, foundation plan, and HVAC (heating and air-conditioning) design, have to be re-designed for each site due to the unique characteristics of the site.
